WP 00 · Calibration

Every motion, measured.

Ruggedized hardware and vision AI that watch skilled work in real time — checking each movement against standard operating procedure and flagging deviation the instant it happens.

WP 01 · The Entry

PPE detection on every entry —
and every minute after.

The same vision model that verifies procedure also watches for the basics — helmet, gloves, visor, hi-vis, steel-toe — continuously at the workstation, not as a one-time gate scan.

  • Continuous PPE detection at the workstation, not a one-time gate scan
  • Instant alert to the worker and supervisor the moment an item is missing
  • Zone-based rules — different PPE requirements per station type
  • Aggregated safety analytics only — no individual surveillance footage stored

WP 02 · The Motion

Procedure vs.
performance.

  • Knows the procedure — standard operating procedures encoded as reference motion.
  • Watches the work — edge hardware and vision AI on the line, no cloud round-trip.
  • Flags the drift — instant deviation alerts to the supervisor's device.
  • Files the proof — automatic compliance reporting, audit-ready.

WP 03 · The Alert

Drift, flagged in seconds.

An alert that arrives after the weld cools is just a report. Terrasyn's arrives while the torch is still lit — with enough detail to act on it.

  • Names the station, seam, and SOP step — never just “error”
  • Worker gets an on-station cue; supervisor gets the trace
  • Escalates only if unacknowledged — no alert storms
  • Every alert lands in the shift record automatically

Median alert latency: 1.8 seconds from breach to supervisor's device — on the local network, no cloud round-trip.

Ruggedized, dust- and vibration-tolerant housing built for shop-floor conditions, not office ceilings.

Vision AI runs at the edge — no cloud round-trip, so alerts fire in real time even offline.

Built in Bharat · Ready for the world

Standard procedure is a global language.

A weld is a weld in any country — what differs is the standard it's checked against. Terrasyn audits work against written procedure, and written procedure is something every industry on earth has.

Ready forAny standard

Point it at your SOP

Terrasyn verifies against the written procedure it's given — ISO, OSHA, DIN, or your own internal SOP — so the same system audits a plant in Gujarat or in Gdańsk.

Questions from the floor

Asked on every factory visit.

Plant heads ask these six, roughly in this order. Answers are what the system does today, not a roadmap.

Talk to us
How does it know what "correct" looks like?
Your standard operating procedures are encoded as reference motion — captured from your own certified operators, on your own line. The system compares live work against that reference, in millimetres and degrees.
Does it need cloud connectivity?
No. Vision inference runs on the edge unit at the station, so deviation and PPE alerts fire in real time even fully offline. Reports sync when a connection is available.
Is it watching workers or work?
Work. Alerts are about torch angles, torque values, and cut paths — and safety analytics are aggregated. No individual surveillance footage is stored.
Will installation stop the line?
No. The unit mounts on existing stations — typical install is one shift, with no re-tooling.
What does QA actually get?
Exception-based review: a per-shift, per-station record with deviations flagged and compliance percentages — instead of hours of footage nobody watches.
Which sites is it built for?
Welding, assembly, and fabrication lines; construction sites; ITI and corporate training centres running skill certification — supporting SAMARTH Udyog Bharat 4.0. Training centres often run it beside Synvio, which applies the same aggregate-only approach to classrooms, and Neev AI for the theory sessions.
